Crem Strength & Elite Reactions Sports Performance was established by Frank Cremonese (Coach Crem) in 2016. Coach Crem has been involved in sports, strength & conditioning, and fitness since he was in youth athletics. He is a husband, father of two young boys, teacher, and coach. During his time in the field he has:

• Competed in College Football (Tight End) at Slippery Rock University and was a 3 year letter winner.

• Has taught Health and Physical Education since 2008 (Currently at Upper St. Clair School District)

• Upper St. Clair Head Strength and Conditioning Coach 2022 - Current

• North Allegheny Football Strength and Conditioning Coach 2019 - 2022

• Mt. Lebanon’s Head Strength and Conditioning Coach 2014 - 2019

• 2019 National High School Strength Coaches Association (NHSSCA) North East Regional Coach of the Year

• Trainer over 100 Division I, II, III and Personal Athletes

• Coaching Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh (Summer 2019)

• Consults High School coaches and athletic directors in strength & conditioning

• Masters in Exercise Science California University of PA
